How fast do you respond to support tickets?

Do I need a paid plan to get support?
No. We answer support questions for everyone โ including users on the free Sentinel plan and people who aren’t customers yet. Higher tiers get dedicated analysts and contractual SLA, but baseline support is universal.
Can you clean a site that’s not on a GridSecure plan yet?
Yes. Hack Assistance is available as a one-time service. We’ll clean the site, harden it, and you can decide afterward whether to subscribe. Pricing is flat-rate per incident โ quoted up front.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your domain name and, if you have one, your GridSecure account ID. If you can describe what you’re seeing (specific error messages, unusual files, browser warnings), that speeds things up. But don’t wait to gather information โ call first.
Do you handle non-WordPress sites?
Our firewall and DDoS protection work with any web stack. Our deep scanning, integrity monitoring, and incident response are tuned for WordPress, WooCommerce, and EDD โ but we can usually help with other PHP-based CMSes (Drupal, Joomla) too. For non-PHP stacks, contact sales.
How do I report abuse or a vulnerability?
For abuse on a GridSecure-protected site, use the Report Abuse form. For security vulnerabilities in our platform or service, email security@gridsecure.io โ we have a coordinated disclosure program with a bounty.
